Owners David and Brenda Simmons started Simmons Winery in 2000. It is located on a 120-year old farm comprised of 12 1/2 acres with 8 different varieties of grapes.
Two years ago, the family opened a brewery and full-service restaurant. Its 450 North Brewery continues to expand its beer menu, and has recently begun offering their most popular brews in cans -- available increasingly at Indiana retail outlets.
