Join the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce for our Quarterly HR Roundtable, hosted in partnership with Human Soul. This interactive session brings HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers together to discuss current human resources topics impacting today’s workplaces.

In March, we’ll tackle a common perception seen across social media and workplace conversations: “HR is not your friend.” Why does this mindset exist, and how can HR professionals shift that narrative? Together we’ll explore practical steps to strengthen trust, improve communication, and position HR as a true strategic partner to both employees and management.

As with all HR Roundtables, the discussion is participant-driven, giving attendees the opportunity to share experiences, challenges, and best practices with peers. The session includes collaborative problem-solving, open dialogue about local workforce trends, and valuable networking.
