Boutique Elise will celebrate a ribbon cutting and open house at its new downtown location. The ribbon cutting will take place at 4:30 pm, followed by an open house until 6:00 p m. There will be refreshments and special discounts (discounts to continue through the weekend). We hope you can join us!
