Jessica Bussert has developed a device that will greatly reduce the risks of pressure ulcers in mobility-impaired individuals. As an emergency room nurse, she knows, first-hand, the challenges that these patients face. She has a provisional patent and a sixth revision, fully-working prototype for the device. Jessica has been working with three of our SCORE mentors and she's participated in the Purdue Foundry's market validation program. She's recently participated in the INX pitch competition and has been invited to pitch at the final round in September for a $100,000 prize package.
She's fine-tuning her pitch and she's bravely agreed to run it past us. Please join us for coffee and conversation.
