Job Description
Position Objective
The Unified Communication Services EAM (UC EAM) role is a Nationally-based sales and business development position focused on driving Enterprise Unified Communication opportunities within Konica Minolta.  A UC EAM may cover KM National Enterprise Account opportunities, and drive Unified Communication opportunities within those accounts across multiple markets or Regions, as directed by the Unified Communication National Sales Manager.  The UC EAM will work with the KM National Enterprise Account Managers (EAM) to drive Unified Communication services within existing EAM accounts, and assigned UC opportunities.
The UC EAM is a best of breed in communication business development, capable of operating within the C-Suite, possessing a mastery of communication Services, and driving strategic partnerships within enterprise account engagements. The primary responsibilities of the role are to help grow Unified Communication sales through presenting and closing:
1.    Recurring professional, managed voice and electronic services solutions
2.    Strategic and complex project and procurement opportunities to new and existing prospects
These sales are consultative to our prospects and customers and collaborative internally. UC EAM's rely on operations, service delivery, strategic account management, executive and other sales resources throughout various stages of an opportunity’s progression.
UC EAM must be viewed as a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and Unified Communication overlay to the EAM in each assigned KM National Enterprise Account.
Essential Job Functions
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Unified Communication, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic monthly recurring revenue, project and procurement opportunities.
• Work with engineering project resources, strategic account management resources, sales and management resources to achieve and exceed quota.
• Provide thorough and accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex MRR, project and procurement services.
• With support from marketing & channel strategy resources, present special programs to prospects and existing clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of technology services and trends.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
•7 to 9 years of experience in the Hi-Tech, IT, or Communication Services industry
•4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
•7 to 9 years sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting and exceeding quota
