This is a full-time non-exempt position with opportunities for bonus, commissions, and company growth. This position will report to SIHO’s Medicare Advantage Customer Service Supervisor. 
 

Brief Description of Duties:            

  • Ensures established Sales Goals are met
  • Sells company product with professional and consultative insights
  • Provides exceptional Customer Service to current and perspective members
  • Build positive business relationships with consumers to ensure continued interest in SIHO’s products and services
  • Respond via telephone or email to determine customer needs and to present product recommendations through a timely and consultative sales process
  • Quote customers on available product options and accurately explain plan details
  • Communicate to Medicare beneficiaries accurately to ensure understanding of the product choices available to them during the enrollment process
  • Provide oral and written information in complete detail to consumers
  • Execute assigned administrative duties as defined by management, including updates to and maintenance of appropriate reporting and database systems
  • Effectively manage own time as needed to support individual and team environment
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs

 

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Insurance License is a plus; but not required (Company sponsored)
     

Additional Requirements:

  • Participate in training opportunities to develop advanced product knowledge to share current information while generating and delivering product recommendations and quotes to customers
  • Will need to alternate weekend days with other staff
  • Must demonstrate adaptability and accountability
  • Professional appearance and presence
  • Achieve monthly performance goals and objectives as outlined by leadership
  • Must be comfortable with inbound and some outbound calls
