Part-time (~10-20 hours per week), On-Site Role

Summary:

Gym Team Member who supports the Shift Manager (on shift) with Day to Day tasks. Team Members work shifts during normal business hours. We have processes in place at CRG to support daily gym tasks that help us represent to customers our Core Values, Core Focus and Future Vision for the company.

Pay & Promotions:

Starting Pay Rate: $8.5/HR

Promotion/Raise evaluations considered & reviewed every 6 months (Mid Year and Year End).
 

Staff Member Responsibilities:

• Completing Daily Cleaning Checklist

• Manage the Front Desk

• Check in Customers

• Provide New Climbers with the CRG Orientation

• Aid New Climbers

• Understand & Provide the CRG Proven Process

Qualifications/Requirements

• MUST Have Climbing Experience

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!

• Availability: M-F 5-10pm; S-S 10-8pm. Days off as needed

• Looking for 6-12 Month Terms with opportunities to Extend.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.

• Continual talking in person during shift.

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.

• May occasionally use cleaning chemicals during shifts.
