Columbus, IN - Feb. 20, 2026 - Tiptona Commons, the highly anticipated luxury senior living community coming to Columbus, Indiana, proudly announces the unveiling of its official logo - a visual identity designed to embody dignity, comfort, and the refined hospitality that will define the community.
The new logo features a striking combination of black, gold, and warm ivory, anchored by a distinctive orange palm frond. This palette and symbol were chosen with intention: to reflect Tiptona Commons’ warmth, refinement, and botanical serenity that defines the community’s identity.
“Our logo is more than a mark-it’s a quiet nod to community, connection, and shared purpose,” said Jenny Waltz, Owner of Tiptona Commons. “Every color, every bend, every leaflet, and every detail represents the experience we are creating: a place where seniors feel respected, supported, and inspired to live fully.”
A Symbol Rooted in Purpose
The palm frond, rendered in a warm, earthy orange, serves as the centerpiece of the design. Historically, a symbol of resilience, renewal, and peaceful rest or hospitality, the frond reflects the community’s mission to offer residents a life of ease, beauty, and belonging. Its gentle curve evokes movement, flexibility and growth; an affirmation that aging is not an ending, but a continuation of one’s story.
The supporting palette reinforces this message:
