Julie Del Genio is Director of Corporate Responsibility and Community Relations for Cummins in Southern Indiana and also serves as the Secretary of the Cummins Foundation.
Julie works with a variety of stakeholders in southern Indiana to understand community needs and identify areas of alignment with priority areas.  Cummins has three priority areas for our global community engagement initiatives: education, environment and social justice/equality of opportunity.
Julie also supports engagement between Cummins and local government in Columbus.
Prior to joining Cummins in 2011, Julie worked for ten years with Irwin Management Company.
 
Julie is a Hawkeye at heart, holding an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.  She also holds a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
Julie volunteers on the Greater Columbus Economic Development Board and the United Way of Bartholomew County Board.
