Consultant Peter Coughlan will lead an interactive design workshop using design thinking to develop innovative solutions. Learn to use the same process that became Peter's hallmark when he worked for the global design firm IDEO for 15 years. Watch the 60 Minutes piece about IDEO. The group will take questions about community-based problems and look for innovative outcomes.
Design thinking can drive any number of organizational improvements, including product design, workspace design, customer service, employee engagement or work flow.
