Join the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce for Discover Columbus, an exclusive onboarding experience designed to help new and longtime residents connect with the history, culture, businesses, and community spirit of Columbus. This full-day program offers a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Columbus an exceptional place to live, work, and play. Transportation is provided throughout the day, and space is limited. Cost to attend is $50 per person.

• Breakfast & Welcome at City Hall
  Start the day with breakfast and community insights from Mayor Mary Ferdon.
• Evolution Training Facility Tour
  Go behind the scenes at the 12,000-square-foot training facility used by Columbus police and fire personnel.
• Community Service Project at Sans Souci
  Learn about the impact of Sans Souci and participate in a hands-on group project.
• Lunch at the Doug Otto Center
  Enjoy lunch catered by Zaxby's while hearing from Alicia Monroe with United Way of Bartholomew County.
• Cleveland-Cliffs Walking Tour
  Explore one of Columbus’ major manufacturing operations and learn about tubular component production at Cleveland-Cliffs.
• Ninth Avenue Foods Private Walkthrough
  Experience innovation and diversification in local manufacturing during an exclusive facility tour of Ninth Avenue Foods.
• Walesboro Manufacturing Hub Bus Tour
  Discover the industrial heartbeat of the region with a guided tour through the Walesboro manufacturing corridor.
