Multilingual teams, single-language SOPs.
Columbus is increasingly multicultural; messages don’t land evenly (safety briefs, shift notes, training). Fix = translate the critical few and standardize how they’re delivered.
“We build great stuff” ≠ a clear story.
Manufacturing DNA runs deep here, but many owners still talk features, not value. Tighten your narrative so customers (and big-company buyers) hear outcomes, not acronyms.
Marketing fog.
Owners feel swamped—no clear ICP, sporadic posting, ad spend without a story.
Community outreach that never converts.
Lots of goodwill, little CTA. Concentrate efforts to one next step—book, RSVP, reply “INFO”—not five.
