OSHA Compliance Challenges and Strategies for Small to Mid-Sized Employers
Managing an occupational safety & health program and maintaining OSHA compliance for small to mid-sized businesses can be challenging, especially when a dedicated safety resource may not be in the budget. This fast-paced, 2-hour course, will provide an overview of select OSHA standard requirements, with an emphasis on regulations that apply to the Services, Tooling/Engineering, Fabrication and Manufacturing industrial sectors.
The course will begin with a review of the OSHA requirements for each topic, then discuss related and applicable OSHA interpretations and definitions, as well as common strategies for compliance. Throughout the presentation, Q&A's will be addressed as time permits, and provide useful tools that attendees can take back and begin using immediately in their facilities. This course will be presented by Jeff Butcher CSP, CIH, President/Owner of Sentinel Safety Group.
