SCORE Workshop- Hiring Your First Employee: An Introduction for Entrepreneurs

Score will be holding a local, no cost workshop on Hiring Your First Employee: An Introduction for Entrepreneurs.  The workshop is designed as a primer, an introduction, to the process of hiring your first employee. It includes:

•        Deciding when to hire
•        Designing the position
•        Considering pay and benefits
•        How to hire
•        Leading and managing

This program will help prepare you to engage the professional assistance you will need in hiring and managing employees. 

Score is a not-for-profit 501-c-3 whose purpose is to assist local small business development and problem solving through no-cost workshops and no cost, confidential individual mentoring by volunteer business experienced people in our community.
