Taking Care of Business
Taking Care of Business is a hands-on workshop series designed for business owners who have been operating 1–5 years and are ready to strengthen their foundation and grow with confidence.
These half-day, in-person workshops are built for action, not lectures. Each session gives participants real tools, guided work time, and practical takeaways they can immediately implement into their businesses. The series is intentionally progressive, with every workshop building on the one before it so attendees gain clarity, structure, and momentum throughout the year.
Space is limited to 20 participants to keep the experience interactive, focused, and personalized.
Marketing 101
Now that your business foundation is in place, it’s time to get clear on how you talk about what you do. Session 3 focuses on the essentials of smart, effective marketing for small businesses.

We’ll walk through practical tools like audience personas, platform strategy, and basic Canva skills so you can start creating more professional, consistent marketing on your own.
This session is designed to remove the overwhelm from marketing and replace it with clarity and direction.
What you’ll walk away with:
- Clearly defined audience personas
