Taking Care of Business: How to Negotiate

In this workshop, you will learn about conflict resolution and negotiating skills.This workshop will be led by Sam Ardery, Attorney with Bunger and Robertson, a lawyer who trains other lawyers in the art of negotiating.
Sam Ardery teaches negotiation at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University. He has mediated more than 4,000 cases. He is a lawyer, mediator, consultant, professor and author. Sam has lectured and taught about conflict and negotiation to groups and individuals around the country. He has been a partner at the Bloomington Indiana law firm, Bunger and Robertson for over 30 years. Sam and his wife, Patty, have been married for 37 years and they have three grown daughters, three sons-in-law, three grandchildren and a Boston Terrier named Ernie.
