Toyota Lean Manufacturing Seminar & Tour 2016

Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM) is offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at its world-class operations to Columbus Chamber members. Toyota Production System's culture and tools are practiced in the facility, continually adapted for maximum performance in this environment. Participants will view these techniques in place on the shop floor and will hear the "lessons learned" from the site's leadership team.
