Women in Leadership Happy Hour: Be More Productive, Focused and Content
In the third of our May 15 Women in Leadership online series, we offer quick, but content-rich, mini-sessions designed to help you reduce stress and its impact on your performance.
3:30 pm: Boost your Productivity with Dr. Fredricka Joyner. According to brain science, unmanaged uncertainty causes stress, and stress has a negative impact on performance. Right now, individuals need strategies to manage reactions and emotions for themselves and others. Joyner will share proven data-based strategies that you can put into action immediately.
4:00: Get Comfortable in Your Own Skin with Tori Anderson. The Owner of Elite Wellness and Beauty, will share a few “pick me ups” to take you into the weekend feeling more confident and in control. Learn important skin care tips and more.
4:20: Wellness Break with Sarah Hess. A beloved yoga instructor, Hess will raise your energy level through some simple stretches and relaxation exercises that you can do in your workspace, wherever that may be.
