The theme for this year's program is "GRIT." In addition to celebrating area professionals who exhibit resilience, this year's program will be highlighted by a keynote from Charlotte Westerhaus-Renfrow, M.Ed., J.D., an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Management and Business Law at the Kelley School of Business – Indianapolis where she teaches negotiations, team dynamics, leadership, and cultural intelligence.
A professor with a zeal for “teaching with a difference” at Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis, her teaching has been recognized with teaching awards: Schuyler F. Otteson Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award and the MBA Teaching Excellence Award. Charlotte was recognized with a Woman’s Leadership Award by Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis Office for Women in 2019.
Nationally recognized for her expertise Charlotte is a highly sought-after consultant, advisor and key-note speaker who educates with a natural, approachable persona on stage and in front of audiences. Charlotte has dedicated much of her career speaking and providing meaningful insights to businesses, non-for-profits, and educational institutions.

To cancel a registration, please send an email to kadams@columbusareachamber.com or call 379-4457. Full refunds are issued if notice is given 2 weeks in advance.
Late Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
Registrants who are “no-shows” for an event, or cancel a registration less than two weeks before the scheduled event, will not qualify for a refund. In lieu of canceling a registration, a registrant may send a substitute in his or her place by notifying the Chamber prior to the event.
Refunds for an event canceled by the Chamber
If an event is cancelled or postponed, registrants will be given the option of canceling their registration, receiving a full refund of the registration fee, applying their registration payment to another event, or attending the event if the event is rescheduled. Registrants will be required to select an option by a specified deadline.
