We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our small, close-knit team at the Brent Crider Agency. If you enjoy working with people, keeping things running smoothly, and making a difference in clients’ lives, this role could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
In this client-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients in person and over the phone with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Assisting clients with policy questions, payments, and document processing
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Preparing and organizing client files and correspondence
- Supporting agents with administrative tasks and follow-up
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
