We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Post-Production Editor to join our growing team at TRIFLIX!
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Columbus, Indiana.
We Offer:
• Full-time position with hourly pay, $17–$20 depending on experience
• Opportunities for pay increases as additional skills and responsibilities are mastered

You’ll Work On:
• Photo editing and color grading
• Video color correction and grading
• Photo and video quality control
• Media organization and file management
• Preparing final exports and deliverables
• Uploading and distributing finished media
• Routine revisions and corrections
• Helping maintain a consistent TRIFLIX look across projects
Most of our day-to-day work includes real estate, talking heads/interviews, commercial projects, and events.
Some projects are fast-turnaround and follow established workflows, while others allow for more creative editing.
You Bring:
• A strong eye for color, consistency, and detail
• A passion for photo and video post-production
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• A willingness to learn new workflows, software, and techniques
• An interest in taking ownership of projects rather than simply completing individual editing tasks
• A desire to grow alongside a creative team
Requirements:
• Previous photo and/or video editing experience
• A portfolio demonstrating your editing and color-grading ability
• Experience with or willingness to learn Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro
• Comfortable working with and learning AI-enabled tools as part of the job
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week
• Ability to work in person at our Columbus, Indiana location
