?? Inspect and prepare job sites, ensuring they are clean and safe.
?? Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
?? Maintain and operate equipment and tools in good working order.

Qualifications
?? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
?? Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
?? Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
