The Client Service Manager (CSM) will support the Financial Representatives in providing excellent client care through administrative support that expedites client service and investment needs. Excellence is established by researching and responding to client issues such as system access and navigation, account maintenance and inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing and service quality.
The Client Service Manager is the face of the firm and the client advocate. The CSM will collaborate closely with members across all areas of the firm to ensure accuracy and quality as they lead or contribute to resolving problems and process improvements focusing on client service and investment needs.

Tasks:
• Provide dedicated operational support and serve as an important part of the relationship team for a wealth management advisor, including the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Ability to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients through ongoing and regular client contact and service
• Follow through and follow up on team commitments to client, client communications, meetings, and assisting with the new client on-boarding process
• Ability to execute on instructions from advisors and other senior team members
• Ability to gather, organize, and manage client information and paperwork, particularly orders and planning documentation
• Assist client with new and existing investment account inquiries and service
• Coordinate all client service requests.
• Learns, maintains knowledge of, and shows ability to apply compliance standards
• Commits to grow into increasing level of knowledge related to wealth management
• Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends, and applies knowledge to client service and relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability and desire to become proficient in the knowledge of the financial services industry
• Licensure: Life, Health, Long-Term Care, and Securities Series 7 and 63 or 66 (license completion discussed upon hire if not current or in place)
• Industry experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Financial Planning Software
