We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as needed
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage reservations and guest information
- Provide general information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
