Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Plumbing Customer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries and coordinate plumbing services, ensuring our customer have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This includes scheduling of services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain schedule for our service technicians.
- Analyze customer concerns to provide tailored solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office systems.
- Handle payment transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other misc. office tasks as assigned (i.e. filing in-house documents according to system, warranty claims, assist with inventory, process incoming/outgoing mail)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate office software efficiently.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
