About the Job
The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates and match them with reputable companies across South Central Indiana. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
Roles you may fill: Engineer • Production Supervisor • Accountant • Sales Representative • Operations Manager • HR Leader
What You’ll Do
1. Business Development & Sales- build and maintain account list through sales activities
2. Job Order Qualification- understand job duties, skills required and environment
3. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development- recruiting and sourcing daily to fill matrix
4. Candidate Qualification & Interviewing – interview, reference check and match to openings
5. Relationship Building- use consultative approach to build strong relationships, existing and new
