Senior Caregiving

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide quality care and companionship to seniors in their homes or care settings. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily living activities, foster social engagement, and ensure safe transportation to appointments or errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and socialization through conversation, games, and activities

• Offer emotional support and promote overall well-being

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors or family members

• Follow individualized care plans and schedules

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (family, private, or agency)

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if providing transport services)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others

• Must pass background check and applicable screenings
