The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, professional individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This is a career-track role with full training provided, including assistance in obtaining your Property & Casualty license.
This position is ideal for someone with office or administrative experience who wants to build a long-term career in insurance, client service, and account management.
What You’ll Do
- Support and manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
- Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
- Process endorsements, new policies, and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records in our agency system
- Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of service and retention
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Comfortable working in an office setting with systems and processes
- Previous office, administrative, banking, or customer service experience is preferred
