Director of Hearts Restored - Licensed Counselor

At Clarity of Central Indiana, we believe every person deserves compassionate care, hope, and the opportunity to heal.

We're seeking a licensed counselor to lead Hearts Restored, our trauma-informed counseling and healing ministry, as an integral part of our Connectivity of Care model. This role partners closely with our Client Services Team to identify emotional needs, provide professional counseling, and guide clients toward lasting healing and restoration.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, trauma-informed counseling to clients.
• Lead and expand Hearts Restored as part of Clarity's Connectivity of Care model.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
• Facilitate individual counseling, support groups, and healing programs.
• Develop personalized care plans and connect clients with community resources when appropriate.
• Equip staff with trauma-informed practices that strengthen whole-person care.
• Help women move from crisis to confidence through compassionate, evidence-based counseling.

We're Looking For Someone Who

? Is a licensed mental health professional in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)

? Has experience counseling individuals impacted by trauma, grief, pregnancy-related challenges, or abuse

? Thrives on collaboration and values being part of a multidisciplinary care team

? Embraces a trauma-informed, client-centered approach

? Is committed to Clarity's Christian mission and Statement of Faith
