Crossroads Association of REALTORS®
The Crossroads Association of REALTORS® is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Association Executive.
This is a part-time position (32 hours per week) with an hourly pay range of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior association management, real estate, or administrative leadership experience preferred
• Experience in office management, customer service, or membership-driven organizations is a plus
Skills & Abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database management
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and REALTOR® associations is a plus
