The only Ukrainian Restaurant in Indiana is launching a new original business venture - VareniGo

VareniGo brings handmade varenyky - traditional Ukrainian dumplings straight from chef and owner Oksana Bondar’s kitchen to home freezers, across Columbus, then throughout Indiana, and then nationwide. Each dumpling is made from scratch using the same recipes served at Olesya’s Kitchen: hearty, comforting and very personal.

“We’ve spent years watching people discover Ukrainian food for the first time at our table and fall in love with it,” says Ivan Bondar, co-owner and general manager of Olesya’s Kitchen. “VareniGo is how we bring that same food home, so families across Columbus and beyond can share a taste of Ukraine at their own kitchen table.”

For the family behind Olesya’s Kitchen, VareniGo marks the next chapter in a growing Columbus small business, one that pairs authentic heritage with local production and a national vision.
