QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Esthetician or equivalent experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine practice
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetic setting
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and medical-grade skincare
- Experience performing advanced facial treatments and customized skincare plans
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills
- Passion for results-driven treatments and long-term skin health
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Perform advanced facial treatments including HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and more
- Educate patients and recommend medical-grade skincare and customized treatment plans
- Assist providers with patient care and treatment preparation
- Capture before & after photos and support social media content
- Maintain treatment rooms and inventory with the highest standards
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury experience for every patient, every time
