Hush Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an exceptional Patient Experience Coordinator & Medical Assistant to join our growing practice.

We're searching for someone who is warm, organized, dependable, and passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience. This is more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to become an integral part of a luxury medical aesthetics team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and care for patients from check-in through checkout
• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical standards
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
• Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries
• Process payments and assist with treatment planning
• Help maintain an organized, beautiful office environment
• Work alongside our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Previous front desk or medical office experience required
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
